Jared is a Men's Coach, QiGong Teacher & Transformational Psychotherapist.
He teaches and speaks about Embodied Living – an approach to life that supports us to have the courage and capacity to face our depths and begin to live the authentic truth of who we are.
Jared is particularly passionate about helping Men to step into their full power; and in changing limiting cultural & psychological stereotypes of manhood so that men & women can have rich and rewarding relationships.
He teaches men remarkable tools so that they can harness their sexual vitality for health, potency and immensely rewarding relationships. Men don’t have to learn to ‘do something’, we just have to learn to let our bodies operate as they are meant to.
"I’m committed to getting my clients and students embodied – that is living from their body.
Embodiment is the key to accessing our whole potential – and living a rich, healthy and fulfilling life. Without it, it’s simply not possible to access our full human potency.
With it, life’s rich possibilities open up to us and invite us in.
“I was a shy and introverted teenager, beset by extremely negative self opinion, low confidence, a debilitating sadness and social awkwardness.
I suffered from depression and often felt that death would be preferable to the inner hell I experienced everyday upon waking.
I spent as much time as I could in fantasy worlds of my own making, worlds where I had control, power, potential and approval. In real life I felt alone, impotent, profoundly misunderstood and utterly powerless.
When I was 18 I had a life changing realisation – my way of being had led me into this situation and I was responsible for what I did about it. I made a decision – life had to be better than this, and I was willing to face death itself rather than continue living in the state I had been.
From that moment I began to face myself and my fears, plunging into my inner depths. I began to explore self development, psychology and spiritual paths and sought out yoga and Buddhist meditation classes. I undertook spontaneously intuited processes that initiated my way of being into new patterns and pathways.
In my mid-20s I discovered QiGong – it was like finding the manual that I should have come into this life with. My growth and development accelerated – but it was always underpinned by my willingness to face myself. It was a long hard road but life slowly began to blossom.
Now in my early 40s, I’m creating wealth from living my passion, I love being who I am, I’m happy, I’m as healthy and strong as I’ve ever been, am in an incredible relationship, have the most gorgeous child and am surrounded by an amazing community.
