So I was invited to do a Facebook Live in a group called Pandaversity (it's nothing to do with Panda's, it's a bit like an online yoga studio for 'the Pandemic').
As it was a morning class, I wanted to do something really invigorating, and as it's Autumn here in Australia with a Pandemic swirling around... we also did a little lung strengthening.
Perfect for the conditions at hand.

There are a few clunky bits where it's very obvious I'm still getting used to doing Facebook lives - bear with those, and dive into the powerful, slow, deep invigoration of the practices.
