I've suddenly had a highly accomplished QiGong teacher land in my lap Melbourne!
His name is Francisco Mena and I've just organised for him to run a short workshop this coming Tuesday November the 3rd.
What is Tiger QiGong?
Tiger Qigong is the first animal in Wu Qin Xi (in English, 5 Animal Exercises). This classic Qigong form supports liver detoxification, spleen renewal, increased spine strength and join mobility. It embraces the tiger’s courageous spirit to motivate change and transformation, and opens up new pathways to self-healing and self-understanding. In this 3 hour program, you will be able to learn the first 3 movements of the 5-movement set. *DVD’s will be available for a nominal fee for continued home practice.
Francisco Mena
Francisco has taught Qigong in North America, Europe, and Costa Rica. Through his teachings about Qi consciousness, Francisco helped businesses and individuals to reawaken relationships and respect in the workplace, improving morale and enhancing creativity. He regularly teaches Qigong in cultural centers, seniors homes and leads Qigong treks into the mountains of Manzanares in Spain. Francisco specializes in 5 Animal Qigong, Wuji Qigong, Daoyin, Qigong for Cleansing, and Qigong for Couples. He is an avid mountaineer and nature lover.
